- Little Spartans: Ages 6-12
- Pankration: 12 and up
- Brazilian Jiu Jitsu: 12 and up
- Wrestling: 12 and up
- Kick Boxing: 12 and up
- Personal Training: All Ages, By Appointment Only
- Other Classes: 12 and up
Classes are run Monday through to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
